Rental Information

We rent our property to groups between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Interested parties are placed on a waiting list for the coming season and are offered available times after family members have selected their time. If you are interested in booking a time outside of the summer season please contact us.

RENTAL RATES (current through 2017 season)
Monday-Thursday: $250/weekday night
Friday-Sunday: $300/weekend night

Rental times start at 2pm the first day through 12pm the last day.

For church groups such as Girl's Camp, we offer a $50 per night discount.

PAYMENT
Your reservation is not complete until you submit a deposit. Your deposit is your first night’s rent. Deposits are non-refundable. On occasion deposits can be transferred, please inquire for further information. The remaining rental balance is due one week after the last day of your stay. Please make checks payable to RED CEDAR RANCH LLC.

By submitting your deposit you are also acknowledging you understand the following:

• This is a rustic family owned property
• There is limited electricity that can only handle lights and small chargers
• There is limited-no cell service
• We do not have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, or garbage disposal
• While family members are often visiting adjacent cabins, there is not a camp host on site
• No pets are allowed
• Your group is responsible to clean the cabin on check out
• Your group removes own garbage from the property
