Rules of the Ranch

Rules of the Ranch:

● No fireworks or firearm use at the Ranch.

● No candles indoors.

● No smoking in the buildings or within 30 feet of buildings. Outside, cigarette butts must be collected in cans and disposed of.

● Outside fires must be in the fire pit. Bring your own wood. (Note: At times a county “No Burn” order will prohibit outside fires).

● No ATV/motorbikes on the lawns or meadows. Please keep noise around the cabins to a minimum.

● No pets at the Ranch.

● Please provide adult supervision at the pond.

● Catch and release fishing in the pond. Fishing in streams is permitted with Utah Fishing License.

● Clean grounds: Pick up and haul out your own trash.

● Leave the buildings, yard, and pond area clean. Do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen or food in the refrigerators. Remove all garbage from the property. Please use detailed CLEANING CHECKLIST in the Info Binder at the Lodge.

● Leave Gates as you found them. Leave open gates open, and closed gates closed after passing through. If livestock is in the meadow, please ensure the gates to the yard are kept closed.

● The Ranch is bordered on all sides by private property. Please respect their privacy.

● For mixed youth or young adult groups, chaperones are required.

● Respecting the desire of Grandma and Grandpa Heaton, LDS standards should be observed.

Please report any problems, damaged items, or appliances out of order as soon as possible.
